To maintain the quality and longevity of your framed poster, avoid direct sunlight and damp conditions. A soft cloth can be used to clean the frame and the front of the poster. 

We offer a wide range of custom items, including tumblers, mousepads, mugs, notebooks, hats, keychains. Each item can be personalized with your chosen design, text, and images.

Yes, we offer a design verification option where you can review and approve your design up to 24 hours before it goes to print. This service is available for a small additional charge.

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the item ordered. Typically, custom items are produced within 3-5 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

If you need to make changes after submitting your design, please contact us as soon as possible. If your design has not yet been approved and sent to print, we can make adjustments. Please note that additional charges may apply for significant changes.
